Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly) is a rapper who is known for his unique style. Baker was originally born in Houston Texas, U.S. on April 22nd 1990 to parents who were of English Scottish German descent. Both of his parents are missionaries. As a child Baker traveled a lot together. James Colson Baker suffered from depression, and was unemployed while Sonia Alane abandoned them at the age of nine. Baker and his dad moved to Denver, where they lived at the house of his dad's aunt. Baker was bullied because the poorness of his life by the other kids. When he reached the sixth grade, Baker began to learn rap. Colson Baker, better known in the form of Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on the 22nd of April 1990. He has a reputation for blending hip-hop that is contemporary and alternative with rock in his music compositions. Baker has signed with Bad Boy Records in 2010 He released four mixtapes from 2007 and 2010. Then in the latter half of 2011, this Cleveland artist became an international star after he made the transition to self-releasing mixtapes to working for reputed label labels. From there his career skyrocketed with each of his albums ranking within the top 10.
